- 100 grams Butter
- 2-3 bulbs Crushed garlic
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add grated garlic to it.Mix well
- Cut the bread into four rectangular pieces and make a slit in each of its middle portions.
- Stuff it up with the butter mixture prepared above.
- Heat a pan,add a little butter and shallow fry the bread pieces.
**I used pav-bhaji breads instead of ordinary milk/wheat breads.
